1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags/accessories intact.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale

  • Digital products or gift cards


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at support@newdatamobile.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order Number and attach clear photos of the item (if damaged/incorrect).

  3. Our team will review and respond with further instructions.


4. Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.


5. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a wrong or defective item, we’ll send a replacement free of cost.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the standard return/refund process applies.
